Our business is based in Caversham, Reading. But we are happy to extend our business across the whole United Kingdom. If you live beyond driving reach from us, you can enjoy our wonderful service by mail. It’s as easy as walk in.

What should I do before I mail my device?

Before mailing your device to us, please find the appropriate repair service on the website, put it in cart and check out to pay. Please notice that you need to pay for the reverse postage. We recommend you use royal mail special delivery for fast and secure. However, we provide other choices. It’s totally up to you.

Should I include my passcode or iCloud password with the phone?

We never recommend customers include privacy information with their devices. Accidents do happen, despite in very low chance. For no circumstances do we need your iCloud password. In some cases, we need your passcode to unlock the screen to check the device. You can send your passcode through email: info@myphonedoctor.co.uk.

What if I don’t know the exact issue of my device?

If you have trouble finding the appropriate service on our website or not sure about the issue of your device, don’t worry. You can mail it without paying ahead of time. We can diagnose it and contact you afterwards. You don’t have pay for the diagnosis. Only when you are happy with our diagnosis and the quote to repair it, do we carry out the repair. We will send you the payment link or guide you to pay online.

How soon can I get my device back?

All devices are fixed right away at the shop by our technician. We don’t bring it to other places for repairing. We always start to repair the device the same day we receive it. For most scenarios, devices can be fixed the same day and dispatched the next day. If everything goes smoothly, it usually takes 3 working days for you to get back your device, except it’s delivered to remote area.

Do I need to worry about the warranty?

Of course not. We provide receipt for all repairs, no matter it’s walk in or mail in. Your payment record can also be used as a proof for warranty.
