Our technician got an iPhone 7 motherboard repaired recently. The iPhone 7 couldn’t make or receive calls, contact numbers could be dialled and sent out though. No voice could be heard from the ear speaker or loud speaker, and the other end could not hear anything either.
Motherboard problem it is for this case, because components related to audio system are broken and need to be repaired. It’s a case by case repair. Sometimes components must be replaced to sort this kind of issue out.
